Overview

iNetworks Venture Financial Services (VFS), originally formed to provide a suite of services to early stage companies, has expanded its service level to provide vital financial services to a broad range of companies (at the management or board level or both), high net worth individuals/wealth accounts, institutions and other investors. The services allow for the most targeted and verifiable management and investment tools to be put in place, fully utilized, monitored and maintained.

VFS works with companies, regardless of their internal staffing level, and all types of investors. VFS has found that many investors and companies of any size desire to have the most valuable financial tools and monitoring to facilitate the highest profitability while maintaining corporate integrity standards. The services offered include: financial infrastructure design and development to identify and track success factors; customized financial reports; financial analytical support for strategy development, pricing, modeling, operating analysis and benchmarking; as well as day-to-day accounting, payroll, invoicing, banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable, all integrated throughout the financial chain.

VFS classifies the principal services offered to clients into two broad categories: Financial Services and Accounting Services, and clients are free to choose the services desired. Clients have complete control over the amount or level of service. Each category is priced separately due to the skill and experience required to perform the services.
